Steps to use GoGo Roaming Sim Card/eSIM
ACTIVATION STEPS:
- – Insert the SIM card into a mobile device/Install and turn on the eSIM upon arrive your destination country.
- – ” ON ” the data roaming
- – ” ON ” mobile data on mobile phones and
- – Wait 3-5 mins to connected !
- – Do Not Insert our sim in Malaysia
APN Setting :
After follow the steps of Turn on “Mobile Data & Roaming Data” and the sim/esim still not connected, kindly check for your APN setting will following :

iPhone:
1) Setting > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network
2) Insert APN: Click Here For APN List & Network List
3) Back – Switch On Data Roaming and Mobile Data for our sim card
4) Restart your phone
Android:
1) Setting > Wireless & Network /Connections > Mobile Network > Access Point Names
2) Add new APN
3) APN : Click Here For APN List & Network List
4) Back – Switch On Data Roaming and Mobile Data for our sim card
5) Restart your phone
Japan Sim Card/eSim (For Softbank plan) APN Setting:
Name: Softbank
APN : plus.4g
APN Type: default,ia
Remark : For Japan Softbank plan sim card/eSIM only – Kindly delete all APN first and only add the APN above!
